The Frank and Walters
Grand Parade Tour
2017

Date: Wednesday, 31st December
Time: 8pm

In 1997, The Frank & Walters returned with what many fans fondly remember as the pinnacle of Irish indie during the 90s – Grand Parade.

Now, in 2017, twenty years on, The Frank & Walters are set to take Grand Parade on the road for a 20th anniversary tour and that will bring one of the diamonds of Irish music to fans across the UK and Ireland. In the meantime, the band have released five excellent studio albums (the most recent being 2016’s Songs for the Walking Wounded) and have continued to break new ground and inspire a whole new generation of fans.

Unfortunately it's also the busy Panto season at Cork Opera House, which means taking all the chairs out and then getting them then back in again isn't an option for a New years Eve show. Wouldn't be surprised if there was dancing on the seats / in the isles though

#TBT - Throw back to when The Frank and Walters played on Top Of The Pop's. That day they bumped into Paul McCartney in the BBC corridors, special guests for their upcoming N.Y.E. show will be announced soon!
