Was speaking to a fella earlier and he tells me that 2 American teams are being brought into the Pro 12 league next year.So its becoming a lot broader in terms of team nationalities. It''ll bring in a lot more money as well with the American market. Not sure which teams yet.

Will it though?

I was at the game in New Jersey in June and in fairness the Yanks were keen as mustard, saying that the game itself is becoming really popular in colleges, but there's one thing having games in June and another having them during the "normal" season, where they'll be up against every other mainstream sport the US has to offer.

They rule out Tblisi and Enisei (who offered to move to west Russia) as the weather is too bad, but Boston and Washington DC ain't too fancy in the winter snow either.

A lot of the international players will be playing on both these teams(USA & Canadian). Some have relocated already from their English clubs. The weather in America never mattered to the yanks, most games go ahead on the east coast anyway.Plus they'll have all that NFL gear to wear when it does get harsh. You can imagine the wingers and full backs freezing their balls off alright 😂😂😂
