The mad idea of glueing a doll to the back of my bike entered my head. A cheap one from the pound shop that looks like a baby.

Glue a doll to the front too on the handlebars. I think I'm onto a new safety feature here lads. Dolls back and front. Christ I be as safe as houses.

Ban earphones on pedestrians? Bit Mega City One, eh?

I actually agree with you about earphones on cyclists. I must be getting old.

That's like having a "baby on board" sticker on your back window.
Completely pointless.

Irish roads simply are not wide enough to accommodate both cyclists and vehicles.

Time to get rid.
while we're at it, I'd also support banning Lycra. On men at least.

Put a child seat on the back, motorists tend to go easier then.

I'd have no bobs for beer then. A cheap doll glued to the back or sellotapped there would be adequate. In the dark drivers will presume the "baby" is sat on a seat. Better yet if the doll has a string you pull that causes it to make a crying sound. I could reach back and pull it if a car got to near.

If I had a euro for every dick head wearing earphones j walking around the city, that I nearly killed, it would pay for a nights drinking in one of Benny's pubs.
