I'm listening to the CD of that gig now, I'm liking the guitar on the new Gilmour songs so far, I just skipped RTL because nothing can make that sound good. I'm not mad about his backing vocalists tbh and a lot of the sounds are wrong imo. Will need time to mull over this one.

Not sure I like his band at all for this show, I'll have to see how they sound now but at the start of the tour they were woeful, not least his backing female vocalists. Don't like his new album, so I'm in two minds about going to this. If it comes to the Marquee, I'd hit it either way. I've seen Waters enough times to not be bothered risking a dodgy gig at the Point though.

Only just on the CD anyhow, 9 DG solo tunes and 11 Floyd and two of them are off The Division Bell, an album I like but I know you don't.

Worst version of The Great Gig In The Sky ever, actually find the male backing singer overwhelmingly terrible.

Edit coming back to life is actually excellent on this CD.

Repped, I feel Roger owes us, his DSOTM tour really took off after Cork He mentioned PF's 67 gig in the Arc when he performed The Wall up in Dublin in 2011.

If he remembers us I'll go to the Cork gig, if it's Dublin only, he can keep it.
