so it would appear....

David Gray makes a long overdue return to Ireland for the Bare Bones Acoustic Tour over the May Bank Holiday. The stripped back shows will highlight the songs that brought the man to such a prominent position in the first place along with some brand new numbers and some brand new arrangements.

Tickets go on sale this Friday 23rd March for the shows in Limerick Concert Hall (Sat 5 May), Cork Opera House (Sun 6 May) and Dublin Castle (Mon 7 May). Meanwhile the end of this month sees the release on EMI of Shine: The Best Of The Early Years (comprising top picks from the first 3 albums).

David Gray
Irish Tour for December
Fans To Choose Where He Plays!

David Gray is happy to announce that he’ll return to Ireland next month to tour around the county between 2nd and 11th December. David is currently mixing his forthcoming album but is looking forward to taking a break to get out on the road again.

The tour will see David play intimate shows in a variety of smaller venues around Ireland as he explains himself in the video below:
http://youtu.be/8G4t8_WY2_U

Right now, the venues are unknown but David is inviting fans to pick the counties where he will play. To be in with a chance of seeing David on this tour, register your interest at www.davidgray.ie

When you register you’ll be asked to select where in Ireland you’d like to see David play. The routing of the tour will be based on this feedback. On Nov 18th the routing will be decided and names will be selected randomly from the list for each location.
Those selected will be sent a link to purchase tickets priced at €34 each. This process will be the only way to get tickets for the shows so if you’ll be travelling to see David don’t make any arrangements until you have received a link confirming you have tickets.

The tour will take place between Dec 2nd and 11th.

This could easily be hijacked and much hilarity could ensue.

The Hi-B anyone ?
