A far cry from the Celtic Tiger property prices, €165,000 could net you not one, not two but five budget properties — if you’re prepared to do some work to them.

With guide prices of between €30,000 and €35,000, the houses located in Youghal, Macroom and Skibbereen are the cheapest in Cork.

Just seven years ago similar houses would have been sold for as much as €100,000 per house, now however, they’re being sold at two thirds less.
In the height of the boom years, €30,000 would get you a top-of-the-range kitchen, a wedding, a car and a stone hot tub.

Linky.
That's deefers gaf. Does he know you are trying to sell it from under him?

Bad buzz

Have you put a plan into action?

Budgeting, saving, etc?

Or are you hoping a man buys it for you?

Quo vadis, Sunners?

Quid pro quo.

That's some house right enough.

You step out of your front door and you get knocked down by a passing tractor.
