Hmm,
Nothing you wouldn't have heard of tbh.
The volcano's worth a visit as are the ancient ruins.
Sunset in Oia is a must, although be warned, there is not a spare INCH of ground there at this time of the day so maybe go early , and try to get a table overlooking the sea for a relaxed dinner.
Otherwise.....cruise ship crush literally everywhere in the town.

Tis only a small place so We rented a little quad bike (Figured less chance of falling off if I had a couple of drinks) and scooted round from one end to the other.
Lovely little island for a short break (We only had 5 days for the honeymoon due to....erm....bad family planning)

Sea kayaking was good there too. may see a few turtles...not the ninja variety though.

The "sand" on the beaches isn't very...fine, so I would recommend some of those neoprene shoe deals (You can pick em up there for a fiver or something) otherwise you get little stones in between your toes and that drives me insane.

I didn't fancy the donkey rides myself so I skipped that...poor fuckers walking up that track in that heat with fat lazy bastards on them.....

Like I say, tis a small place so "Hidden Gems" are....well....alrea dy exposed.
I doubt I could tell you much you haven't already heard of.

Ooh, Red and white beaches are worth a look too.
you could potentially have a different coloured beach every day (depending on the length of your stay of course)

P.s.

If you do go to Oia (You totally will!)
See if you can find these binoculars that reminded me of Wall-E (That's the volcano tip behind btw)

Also, not sure how up on the history/theories etc you are. But the cliff you'll be up on was connected to that tip.
The resulting explosion ..MAY have given rise to tidal surges that were the foundation for the whole Noah and the red sea story.
Pretty cool when you're there to imagine it.
