Used to have a talented guy work for me, his attitude was awful, thought he knew it all but in reality he was very good at minor parts of the job and knew nothing of the bigger game, caused a lot of trouble in the end. Felt he was never wrong however he was. Hard workers are worth double that of a talented trouble maker, they do what they are asked and appreciate their work. Talented guys with attitude are always blaming someone else and trying to work too quickly because they believe they are better than everyone else.
I'd throw a guy like you out the door virtuallab. Grow up.

You can be hard-working, diligent and excellent at the job and still not be prepared to put up with too much nonsense though.
