You can use a certain amount of force to remove people from a property if they are tresspassing and/or creating a disturbance on.

Except they are in the fortunate position of having an income from 9 properties, which will more than likely be enough to keep them in a comfortable property somewhere, just not a 3.4 mil house in a gated community
