As soon as u said that i remember that horrific book i read about Fred and Rose West. I mean i actually still can't digest it. He was bad enough, but her! They can't be human! It's scary to think people like that exist

Over here the law for defilement of a child under the age of 17 was only amended from female to child in the last few years (not sure the exact year). So if a female prior to this change sexually assaulted or raped a male child she wasn't related to there was no offence (incest if related). It's why we have a few females in prison for incest but no registered female sex offenders ATM in this country.

Yeah it's shocking. I couldn't believe it myself when I found out. I know it's been amended now and we can work from there but I can't help thinking of all that's escaped detection.

That no one is monitoring, scary.

Can you apply to court to place someone on the register there without commiting a further offence?

That's the most useful piece of legislation here. Prior to that there was nothing anyone could do but wait for someone to re-offend.

Where's the evidence
If your a sex offender then you'll be required to give your address to police where ever you go.

I can't start linking from my phone I'm afraid, but the evidence is there.

If you are driven out of somewhere, then you go underground. You disappear. You don't inform the police so that they can tell all your new neighbours and the same thing happen again. I thought I made that clear, they end up being monitored by no one.
