Are we out totally now?

That's a serious Tipp side, most of whom won the AI last year. Some very good footballers on the Cork side, so i wouldn't be despondent about it.

Yup, Kerry vs Tipp Munster Final after Tipp beat Kerry in the first round. Something has to be done about the Minor Championship format

Well that is disappointing, both Minor teams done for the year in the middle of May. Sounded like we missed two many placed balls opportunities tonight, close-in frees and a penalty at the end.

Congrats to Tipperary. Great to see them actively develop the game at underage and they should go far again this year.

Disappointing to exit so early in the year but it was always clear once Tipp beat Kerry, that our lads had a big task on their hands against 10 of last years AI winning panel. Fair play to Tipp in that case.

Without being a sour grape so soon, I would say that the system needs review as to how both these sides came to meet each other tonight and Kerry met Clare, after losing their first game. Whoever lost tonight was always going to be hard done by, by the system. Congrats to Tipp though. Looks like they'll be in with a big shout of winning a Munster and All Ireland again.

shocking second half. Cork 14 wides, tipp 6. Missed penalty. Missed 3 21 yard frees. Gave loads of possesion away for easy tipp scores.

Tipp had a giant at ff' he won every ball, cork never bothered to double up. Awful stuff

It's looks the problem that is poor coaching and organisation of our underage teams is continuing.Tipp just did their homework better than we did.

Tipp were like a senior team, played a gooch/donaghy type 2 man full forward line. Isolated them.

Funneled men behind the ball, packed the defence at times, broke at pace and rarely wasted possesion. They fouled tactically when cork tried to break, their keeper wasted time when cork were trying to play catch up. Very un minor like.

Cork played the usual, banks of 3 up the pitch.

Crowley of millstreet is exceptional. Vaughan is very good too. Cork had vaughan kicking frees from his hands on his bad foot at one stage.

Tipp are huge young fellas. You'd have to think they'll beat the animals well

Tipp were better side Cork missed awful frees in front of the posts and started the second half with a better team than they picked earlier.

Martins kick outs were very poor I presume he is Michael Martins son didnt go to Chriost Ri like his father.

Good little report. Tipp have a class manager. He was tactically brilliant last year too and to add to that, it appears the players will do anything for him. When you look at Cork, maybe that's what we lack.

Tipp have some huge players and some class forwards and play to these players strengths. They put the big men in the key positions and use them to get the ball to the smaller, classier forwards. We in Cork don't use our best players at all. O'Driscoll was a star at centre back last year, but not used there this year. Vaughan should be at centre forward where he can run at players. He's too dependant on good ball coming in, if he's in the corner.

It sounds like we had the winning of this game tonight but kicked ourselves into defeat among other things. Disappointing.
