The PROC is a wash with such informed, balanced views. Nothing socially regressive here at all

It is comforting that the hardcore ffers here only want to shoot the messengers, however inane.

Its like Martin last night prefacing his apology by mentioning the euro crisis and opposition parties. He claimed to be delivering a simple, unvarnished apology but he just could not resist adding in a shot of mitigation. He, like langeroo and bluemagic, still don't get it. Its now likely they never will.

It leads me to believe Corcaigh may be right after all. FF may just implode into obscurity. All the whistling past the graveyard and 'peoples party' rhetoric will be for nought as long as the voters sense zero remorse or true understanding for what FF have done.

The country does need a centre/right alternative to FG, imo, but if FF arrogantly assume that automatically has to be them, they will be in for a rude awakening. I am seeing a lot more arrogance than humility.

centre/right alternative to FG?
Now who's wumming?

What are FG if not centre right?

Or have they given up their membership of the centre right, Christian Democratic European People’s Party?
Where incidently they are in partnership with the parties of both Sarközy and Merkel!

It was in the air yesterday that the 1st 3 mins of MM'S speech was going to be the apology bit but obviously his handlers , pr crowd said that would be stupid.

I DONT OR WILL NEVER ACCEPT ANY FORM OF APOLOGY FROM FF, why , becuse its lies.

I don't remember defending FF, but perhaps you can remind me?

I did criticise the current government for implementing the very FF policies that they got themselves elected by attacking. And I criticised their performance in opposition.

That's what has Rebelicecream making all sorts of unfounded sneers and insinuations. Have a closer look at his pro government rantings disguised as FF bashing and you'll see for youself.

Keep digging sonny.

Btw just cos FG are right of centre does not mean we can't/shouldn't have a centre right alternative. I meant what I said.
