As the title says, each time I have tried to boot up the lappy at home, all I get is 'Error 1802' - miniPCI error messages. Now, for the past few years, the laptop has worked fine with the wireless dongles and decided to do this randomly.
The laptop will not boot up with or without the dongle inserted, it keeps bringing up that error message.
I have entered the BIOS and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary, I reverted to factory settings etc but to no avail. Thankfully, there's nothing of value or great importance on it, it was just handy at home.
It was slow as FOOK, with feck all RAM and a Pentium M, but none the less was handy for the aul bit of browsing at home the odd night. Any ideas?
