Default Blocked Outbound Calls??

Have a Samsung D880 Duos for work. Since I received it, I've been unable to make outbound calls, in either location (each has a different network).

One SIM is post-paid, the other has plenty of credit, so it's not a money issue.

I've gone through all the settings, and don't see anything blocked.

Each time I try to make a call, I get a 'EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY' notification.

This is driving me insane - PLEASE HELP!

might need to activate the new sim card by calling up the network?
or if it is for work it couldve been sitting unused for a period of time and the network deactivated it? best to call up whoever you use and theyll look into it

The SIM card today, for instance, I've been using myself for 6 months in a previous handset.

It's the phone, I'm convinced. Not either of the SIM cards.

Have you sorted this?

Although this shouldn't be the issue i do wonder if the sims using different networks is partically causing or contributing to this. Have you tried using it with one sim card to see if it works? Try switching the sim cards also. This is a bizarre one.
