should know in 48 hours what the story is. i'd say he's 50/50 at the moment.

on the plus side all our other players bar mcgeady and keane have now finished their seasons i believe.

Yeah he had some heart problems. Only returned a short while ago.

Italy are sorely lacking strikers.

They used to have an unbelievable selection of forward men but no more. Rossi is injured, can't see Cassano going. Prandelli might even by forced into picking Balotelli against his better judgement

He will be reasonably fresh as well after being on the bench for the last 4 weeks.

Any word on Chiellini?
