Be careful what you say or do if you call or text him, you could get in trouble very easy to track the call or text to your phone.

Sickening. The english FA, to their credit, track down the person (ex-player, committe member etc.) who was originally given a ticket (FA cup final or england matches) that ended up on the black market.
Usually ends up with a large fine and a disqualification from access to tickets in the future.
Might be something the GAA could look into.

Ticket touting is also a criminal offence in Engerland. It's something that should be done here. A good point made earlier if someone buys the ticket for over face value hold onto it and it can be tracked to where it was sent to by the GAA
