Default Dublin gig-listings

Anywhere, besides ticketmaster.ie, where I can find a good, comprehensive list for Dublin gigs over the summer period?

Cheers.

Yes, I had exactly the same problem, until I discovered this gem of a website, which lists the small pub gigs as well as the big ones.

http://www.dublinrocks.com/

It not only lists gigs, but plays, theatre and other events, but theres no other website that gives the FULL picture of whats on in dublin.

www.entertainment.ie has a fairly concise gig listing as well.

It's not bad and probably the best of the rest, but it doesen't have the full details of all events as it's primarily based on voluntary listing submissions.

The Dublin Rocks website, also has plenty of gig related stuff. It has a recently added section, a free gigs section. Have been using it for a while and it's excellent.

@Falling At Your Feet: I ought to be paying you a commission, a nice few visits from PROC to DR today and yesterday. Thank you.

If anyone has any gigs they wanna promote on DublinRocks, please get in contact direct with the site, and I'll give ye a special nudge.

I only accept cash - no cheques or sad stories !
Will also settle for pints or free tickets !

No, seriously, over recent years I was constantly looking for a decent website for Dublin events, and eventually found Dublin Rocks.

The "We list every event in Dublin" statement is spot on and you are not inundated with advertising or other rubbish that doesen't interest one either.
