The headshops are being taken down by follks that have have an isssue with this culture of drugs. I.e. normal folks that want to get on with life in a decent way. Drugs are a scourge on our society. It is as simple as that
Some folks burned down the headshop as an action. I bet a lot of decent folks are cheering this, and in fact their quality of life has been returned to normal as such.
