Q about formats for audio plugins?

I use Logic 8 with no hardware as such except an interface for connecting mixer to comp. On the Waves Audio site they give you to options for buying,
TDM and Native. Which should I purchase, Native I think?

TDM is the pro tools format....

Must be Native so, have to check it out more though to make sure.

I could be wrong, but I think Audio Units (AU) are the Logic format.

AU is a Logic format, it also supports VSTs. It has to be the Native option though. As you said TDM is Protools. Just asked on Logic 8 Forum so I say I'll know soon. Cheers.
