Default tonight is northern soul night in the spiegeltent

Get down to the spiegeltent tonight. The Norhtern Nights and mutantspace.ie are hosting a once off northern soul party with our own soul band and great music
Dorrs: 10pm
Tickets: €15 or €11 for mutantspace.ie members and those on the northern nights mailing list.
We're also doing a special 2 for 1 deal so if you want to PM me before 5pm

Get them at the cork midsummer box office, at the door of the tent or
get them online at www.corkmidsummer.co m

Back drop, front drop, spin, clap, high kicks, low kicks. Northern Soul to some of you may mean nothing, but to others it’s a dusty memory of the best dance music, the best dancers and big old dance halls of the 60s and 70s. It’s a style that’s creeping back into the pops today, but will never compare to the original R&B artists of the day, spawning mostly from Black America. The more obscure the record the better. So be ready. The Northern Nights DJS, Martin & Graham and our live band ‘The mutants’ will make this a fantastically special, once off, hot and sweaty soul party - so bring your dancin’ shoes

Hey, thanks to everyone for comin in. We really enjoyed it too.

'The Mutants' went beyond our expectations. They were exactly what we were after and we'll certainly ask them to do another night with us again shortly.

So check back with us again for info on our next night.
