Default Stephen Jones - Plonker

Jones really is the Eamon Dunphy of Rugby Journalism.....

His star man for yesterdays Lions v cheetahs game was none other than.....Joe Worsley....:confused :

How this man can be taken seriously as a journalist is beyond me.

what has my post to do with Munster...Worsley was gash yesterday and jones gave him man of the match...Jones has his favourites who he bangs on about no matter how poor their form is, ie Cipriani, Henson, Sheridan, Shaw, Lewsey and basically any wasps player come to think of it....

Worsley was one of the best players on the pitch FFS, it is because of his nationality that the idiots on here run him down

did you see the game you fucking moron...he was part of a backrow that got manshamed at the breakdown and as the openside he has the take the majority of the blame for that...one prime example was when the lions got turned over 5m from the cheetahs line late in the second half and when they cleared the ball who was under it flapping like an idiot instead of being at the breakdown to secure position....you guessed it melonhead joe and what did he do...failed to catch the ball and gave away a lineout....

Worsley is not a 7 and never will be...I agree with stepen Jones on that much but to give him man of the match yesterday is crazy

No matter where your allegiances lie, anyone with half a clue about the game must admit Worsley had a shocker, he's not even related to an openside ffs...

Also, his column on Jamie Roberts 'advancing on world-class', not denying the boy played well, but SJ seems to have completely forgotten how he was found out against the French last spring and subsequently dropped. One game changes al this

Surely the SFI would take arms against Jones's claims before last Wednesdays match that BOD was nowhere near Test standards.
