Lads, haven't used the old public transport for a while. How far the train station to the pitch (walking time that is?) and how do these ticket collect machines work at the station?

5 minutes from the train station to the pitch. Maybe a little longer on the way back if you get caught in the crowd.
Do you mean the ticket collect systems of Iarnrod Eireann or the match?

5 minutes, out the station, over the bridge and away down

Yup,
booked me train tickets to collect at Kent station. Will thesonly be there on the day? How reliable is the service? Anyone else use it?
Cannot wait for it...start of the hurling Championship is always special - and they don't come any better than Tipp and Cork in Thurles...train and match tickets booked ...happy days...
