Went and bought pork chops and minced beef. I'll have the minced beef with various veg in it, shallow fried. Towards the end add two oxo cubes in hot water to it. Then let it simmer as I prepare the spuds. Have I a cooking blog? No.

Well it looks like I'm gonna be a granny after all, well sort of.
My step daughter just came to see me, she's having a baby
I'm gonna be a step nana, overjoyed I am.
