After you have cooked the spice beef let it cool down in the cooking liquid. This will allow the spices to be reabsorbed into the meat.

First time I've cooked it. Had it in the slow cooker since 11am on low.

Can't tell if its over cooked or under cooked.

Christmas is nothing without the smell of Spiced Beef cooking in the kitchen. Forget the Turkey, Spiced Beef is where its at!

I made a balls of ours last year - took advice on how to cook it on here an' all

was like old boots.. fecked it into the bin
