Default A question for the software freaks.

A few days ago whilst watching one of NWB's free movie yokes, my firefox crashed and has be considerably ballsed up since.

When I catch a hold of NWB, I shall remove his scrotum, thus making sure that his kids can't fuck anybody elses life up.

Until this happens, I am trying to find ways to fix things.

The symptoms are:
Not being able to view any embedded youtube files.
Also, none of the the icons for formatting, quoting, inserting images etc, etc. work.

All of these things work perfectly in the internet explorer from Bill Gates and Co. but I hate him and don't want to use his gear.

I already re-installed firefox yet nothing works.

Help a bro out.

I presume it's a java (or some other) thing that makes no sense to me.

I shall say 4 Hail Marys for the person who solves this shit.

Sounds to me like the Flash player is fucked. Go to Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the Adobe Flash Player. Next go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...ShockwaveFlash and download and install the latest version. That should hopefully do the trick...

I've a few weird things going on with my firefox due to the add ons as well, even if I disable them it doesn't seem to fix the problems. I gave up and moved onto to Safari.

Not much help but it's an alternative

I'll try this tonight when I get back to the dungeon.
