Terry on the other hand is the man who should be england manager with the last 10 years. An excellent coach and a man with a plan, something which we have been lacking.

I've always liked El Tel and i reckon he has a certain charisma that we haven't had since Charlton, his charms could get the likes of Stephen Ireland in order

i dont like el-tel.
not the manager that would make me get back into bed with the fai. But thats just a personal opinion. I think he can be lacking of ideas and when it comes to the crunch makes some bizarre changes and calls.

he was also the assistant to the shortest ever english manager.
ireland needs someone who can work with the underdog. Dont think el-tel is that at all.

Now I wouldn't be a fan of El Tel and certainly don't want him as new Ireland manager , but isn't man management what he's actually good at?

Tel is a geezer, a character, a gold chain blingin bucketful of charisma type who can relate well to footballers and most people he interacts with...he has bugger all heart for a fight these days though and it will be a huge surprsie if he can take on this challenge and make a decent go of it...

However, he might just stick one of his Christmas trees up Stephen Ireland's backside and make the langer cop himself on...
