Hmmmm I remember him from Ninja Tunes? With all the reworked films from Bruce Stallion? Kid Koala was on it too. Though dance (yes I know it's acid jazz) isn't my bag usually I did find this rather impressive. Aphex Twin would be influenced by him I believe...
