I Just ran Spybot And it Picked Up Loads of tracking cookie's .. and spyware from firefox !! .. has anyone had the same problem or is this normal for firefox

It's not a Firefox issue, it's an issue with website handing out cookies with unique IDs that don't expire until 2038.

Install

Set it to deny all cookies globally.
Allow a site to use a cookie if you think it needs it.

Goto Tools/Options/Privacy set it to Accept cookies 'Untill I CLOSE Firefox'....
