Wink Official 'West Ham decieved the Premier League' thread

Right ye fuckers, enough of this multi-thread mockery.

Having seeing Warnock's mug in the papers today, I think I've come up with the one solution that would keep everyone
happy- Sheffield stay down, and the PL find a way to relegate West Ham too. Everyone wins!

sweet! ..Dreams do come true!!!

..so was a blatant breach of Rule U18 and B13 sufficiently punished when West Ham pleaded guilty to both?

..my thoughts are that the Premier League bottled it, ...they may have figured that if they docked West Ham points leading to their relegation then this would almost certainly have led to Magnusson sueing the previous owners for flogging a flawed asset and not divulging the full details, ....this whole mess would have drawn a legal nightmare upon the Premier League's decision and I think they took the easy way out and decided not to stir that hornets nest.

Had it not been for the £85m takeover being at the centre of any punishment I reckon there would have been points deductions.

Only after they win it on penalties mind.

Utd should then win it as the least dodgy of the semi-finalists!

would actually laugh if they did dock west ham points, 2 point, then they will have done what the gang of 4 have asked, avoid leaving themselves open to court action by west ham and leave the gang of 4 without a leg to stand on
