It's a pity that they're meeting so early since they're the only teams who've really looked like winners so far. I still fancy Germany to win it though.

What? Germany??? Final??? Yes they're improving but not final material. They're defence is too shaky and that will cost them dear at some stage. Argentina showed one or two weaknesses last night but I think they have the potential to improve. I'd say they got a bit too cocky last night. Hopefully, Marquez's goal will have knocked that out of them. There are plenty of other teams who'll have a say in things - Brazil (if they can improve), Spain, Italy and the winners of the Holland v Portugal game so it's crazy to suggest that this is the "real final".

Can't overestimate the home field advantage - look at France at home, Korea, Portugal etc

Germany will beat Argentina....I'm certain of that. And christ when they do, im gonna be letting a few people know. Argentina this Argentina that. You can never right off the Germans!
