Default Rejoyce: I think not

http://sport.guardian.co.uk/cricket/...796921,00.html

What O what is the world coming to, saw a beaming and delighted jackie fullerton interview this feen last night. He makes Sonia look like Countess Markievicz, thick D4 accent, delighted to be going home to play for the mainland. Fuck off and stay there.

SFI head in wordplay shocker?

Whatever about the rugby situation, this cricket lark is definitely a mockery too far for me. The most famous thing about the Irish cricket team was that their best player's dream was to play for England, and he fucked off at the first opportunity. What a joke.

Now it seems they're trying to shore things up by trying to "sign" whatever third-division Pakistani players they can find. So what's this whole "Ireland" business about then? You may as well go and watch Chelsea. Dancing in the streets of London my arse.

Totally agree lamps but thats the Brits tactics in every sport. Look at lennox Lewis , Greg Rosedski , Owen Hargreaves. As for Sonia's application to represent Oz , She should return her freedom of cork and give it to Dinny Irwin

Sorry about the wordplay, it was uncalled for small timery.

And you could see behind jackie fullerton's cheshire cat impression that he was thinking that it was great that some paddy's were seeing the light

And what's the bloody point of the article anyway? Some Irish people who went to play cricket for England before weren't all that great. So what? Maybe that's because we don't play much cricket here. Why did the English want them? I don't know; ask them like. Maybe they were stuck for players or had some connections through the RYC network or something. Who cares?
