Totally agree it kinds of takes away from the seriousness of the whole thing.

This is one bizarre case.

Are my right in saying the individual on trial was having an affair with a women who is a widow ? said woman was in a relationship with accused left him for the deceased, deceased goes missing, widow goes on breaks away with accused.

She didn't want missing posters up near her house..

And the gardai found bone fragments and a HAIR CLIP in the underground tank with the body. https://www.rte.ie/news/courts/2019/...quirke-courts/
A hair clip the gardai made no comment on for five years

"(Garda witness) agreed that the photographs of the items were not given to the exhibits officer until five and a half years after they had been taken. He had not made a statement until November last year.

He also agreed there was nothing in his notes or statement about a hair clip."

An underground tank the only woman associated with the place claims she didn't know existed up to recently?

Unless the accused man from Tipperary is a long-haired metrosexual I smell something not right, and it aint the slurry.

Methinks the main witness against the accused at the very least has questions to answer herself
