Taking an extreme view of this from either side is the way that this whole sorry mess will definitely be sorted out. There is no room for nuance in a debate like this and those who recognise that are to be applauded for their bravery.

Indeed, i know of an instance where two adjoining houses in cork were knocked into one.

Can they not just find her a 3 bed semi somewhere and let that be the end of it. I'm sure the people in housing never heard of bunkbeds, are they trying to find her a 6 bedroom gaff or what? Get her a 3 bed house with these in 2 of the rooms, problem solved.
