Aiken mistakenly thinking that they've booked a coup double headlining tour of Neil Diamond and Paul Simon called the 'Odd Couple', book a play by Neil Simon.

I doubt Spiritualized could sell out two nights on the trot in Cyprus Ave, so it is unlikely, unless part of a mini-festival sort thing.

well they sold out one night in cyprus ave fairly quickly last time. and they sold out a smaller marquee in galway a few years back when they played with primal scream. i'd prefer to see them in the opera house (or the spiegeltent!) but they could indeed get a decent turnout in the marquee if they were part of next year's harmonic night. how about them and mercury rev supported by villagers? spiritualized are playing the olympia in a few months btw, don't know if it's sold out yet
they can reduce the ticket prices for the marquee anyway for starters, disgrace that grinderman had to cancel, i really want to believe they'd have sold out (or near enough) at 30 or even 40 euro. i was so sure they wouldnt at the price that i didnt bother getting a ticket when they went on sale (which i know was part of the problem!)

If the Fleet Foxes who played main stage at Glastonbury two days beforehand at the peak of their powers cannot sell out the Marquee then Mercury Rev, Spirtualized and Villagers together have no chance. Also I don't think it would suit them
