He has been playing really well for Everton since he joined. Now that he is getting a regular run of football rather than a game here and there like he was getting at United he looks like a much better player already.

He will do a job if he gets a go in the team.

We let them have Rory McElroy but we get all their nationalist/catholic players.

I don't see the problem.

Delighted to hear that

Nothing wrong with that.

And on Gibson he has come on in leaps and bounds since he has been getting regular first team action.

He'd do well to keep his head down and concentrate on his game.

He hasn't established himself as a first team player yet so he's want to think about that.

Re Gibson

He was always a decent player

No shame in not making it at United but he never got a big run

He has played with two big clubs and is pretty experienced, even scored a goal in a Champions league semi-final

I'd defo trust him

also, he, like McClean and others, fought hard to play for Ireland
so that says a lot

Fellaini is on fire since January. The reason being is that he can now push on as Gibson is doing all the donkey work behind him. Breaking up play and distributing the ball smartly. Tbh I wasn't overjoyed when Gibson signed for Everton but he has slotted in nicely and does a good job for the team. All this hopefully can only be a good thing for Ireland.

Sad that he has too. But it's probably for the best.
