I could never watch a game I wanted to see in the pub. You miss half of it.
Haven't read the article but the only way to watch a game is on the couch with the wife and the kids locked out the back.

Got BT this season as it was a pain in the hole going out to see games. Tbh what you might spend in 2-3 hours in the pub it probably works out cheaper.

Is that as part of a sky package and how much is it?

Sky, I'd have to check, Wasn't that much extra iirc. Got a bit off by threatening to leave after about ten years with them.

Tried streaming services last season but it's just extremely frustrating to watch.

UStv links are good for the few games not on English telly. NBCSN and TNT

I find sportsstream.tv pretty good for most sports. It's a bit hit and miss at times but if your broadband/wifi is strong it doesn't usually drop out and the picture quality is decent.
