Would prefer those by the River Lee hotel.
Location is amazing!! Apartments by river Lee are nice but ordinary enough. One went on sale for 475k, sold for over 700k

It's standard practice in any big city to build high rise apartment blocks. I thought the sorting office was a horrible building in a stupid location. A lot of the apartments are rented out to professionals working in the big companies around the city.
The standard of dwelling in the city centre needs to be high to prevent it becoming student accommodation. The apartments by the River Lee hotel rent /sell for a hell of a lot of money, out of the range of students and similar.

Good news for the company that owns it.
Just a self-congratulatory pat on the back.

Nope, let them occupy purpose built student accommodation such as Brookefield. Funny thing though, after yr1 a lot of the darlings move out. Not because of the poor standards but because the management is too strict. No parties,no unauthorised visitors, regular checks on security etc.
So off they go to the mould stained flea pit to party..
