> Ireland's Slow Food Ark of Taste. The Ark aims to identify, describe and

> drisheen, boxty (a type of potato cake), fresh blood puddings, Macroom

> Paradiso, and The Ivory Tower. The restaurants will be putting on a

> High-B bar on Oliver Plunkett Street at 5pm for an aperitivo! And then on
> to the restaurants, dinner will be followed by a drink in Callahans Bar.
