Default Apartment Query

Thinking of moving into the city, wheres a decent apartment to rent these days ?
South Terrace was mentioned but a friend of mine lived there before and said the whole building was fucked due dampness?
Trinity Court was also mentioned does this have the same problem as in dampness ?
Few others that look decent enough were Camden Quay,Pine Street.Im not usually around those parts of the city so not sure what the area's are like ?
Any help/tips appreciated thanks..
I'm Shy but I've got a big Dick
