Housing in Youghal is relatively cheap for a myriad of reasons, that have been discussed imo.

It might seem a good price but the market has been very static there with good reason.
I see semi detached houses there for under 200k but I wouldn't be tempted, it would have to be something more appealing to make the commute worthwhile.

There's a decent looking house for sale in Killeagh for 275k, that would be more tempting.
