Default Single Parents

I often wondered what a single parent say to their kid(s) when they are asked about their Mom or Dad.

I am talking about Wans or Wankers who just had a casual affair or short relationship and maybe do not know who their partners were.
Not those parent lost due to berievment or divorce

I think its better to lie to them if they're too young to understand. Kids take it personally when a parent isn't around.

Lol

So if the truth was that you didn't know who the kid's dad was because you were riding a different fella every night then you'd tell the kid that?
