Please tell me, which necessary micro or macro nutrient(s) is/are exclusively available through animal products?

I'll even start you on the macros:

Fats - olive oil, various nuts
Carbs - Wheat, spuds, etc
Protein - Lentils, tofu and other pulses

Protein is the key brah.

How many lentils would you have to eat to get the same protein as say a chicken breast?

The downside to veganism is, they contribute hugely to pollution. Most of their foodstuff is imported, for example, tofu and lentils are not produced in Ireland.

The upside is if there is a worldwide war and transports of such goods are disrupted, vegans will be weak and easily hunted down for their meat so that us carnivores can survive.

Equally, if oil stopped arriving on our shores for whatever reasons, vegans would not survive for long, they would not be able to grow or store veg over the winter. Again, they will be weak and easy to hunt down heh heh heh.

Didn't know that about B12, TIL!

Off the top of my head though are greens not full of Iron? Spinach and so on? Vitamin D comes from the sun no? Beans and nuts have zinc. Enzymes listed here.

Yes but they are not easily absorbed.
