Check yer phone bills too lads especially if you opted for the online bill - I reckon the fuckers are charging for the free texts that are offered from the website too.
Last month I payed my bill by credit card on the website. At the end I got a confirmation message.
Just got a snotty letter from the fuckers saying that I hadn't paid and that if I didn't pay immediately that they couldn't guarantee continued service.
So, on the phone to them, I was told that "this happens sometimes". Basically, the confirmation screen is worth shit. It does not mean that anything has been paid into your account.
The only good news is that I checked my credit card bill and I didn't have a charge on that.
