They can tell me all they like. I went for a blood test a year or so ago. High cholesterol says your man. Eat less of this and more of that and....... a month or so later I had a heart scare. Low heart beat not kicking in the old electrical whatyacallit.

Anyway, fuck that says I, back to normal diet. Which is daycent enough anyway. Plenty of red wine and olive oil. Among other things!

If you have a decent approach to life in general then there is absolutely no harm enjoying yourself either, no point in it b img all of one or the other

I have a gorgeous Chianti Classico Riserva in the go right now having just had a chicken burger and chips with the smallie at the U20 rugby match

funny enough, my bloods have always been spot on, except for my last check up at the end of november. i took the preceding month off booze, and for the first time ever, my cholesterol was high. i think we can all learn a lesson from that... thanks doc!
