Default New Mind Line & Dimitry Datus - Fred Zeppelins Sat April 10th

New Mind Line play with support from Dimitry Datus Saturday April 10th.
€3 in - doors 9 o' clock

About new mind line

In early 2009 five guys got together with a mutual love of music, each with different musical influences. 3 members, guitarists Mark Hackett and Ross Farrell, together with Edinburgh born vocalist Jai Grogan, had worked together in a previous project. Drummer Don Canny and German born Bassist Markus Weber were recruited shortly after and the sessions began. The various influences immediately lead to an interesting blend of moody rock with crossover electronic elements thrown into the mix. New Mind Line strive to write music first and foremost for their own personal satisfaction, an element of self discipline which has produced powerful, melodic tracks thus far in their career. 2010 promises to be a busy year, the start of a new decade, the start of a new era, and this is one band that wants to be part of it.

About Dimitry Datus

Dimitry Datus are a recording, gigging, 3-piece ‘odd-rock’ band out of Cork City, Ireland. Their project landed back in 2008 and since then Dimitry has performed and evolved.

An original set of catchy songs, weaving up-beat rhythms and surreal melodies, lyrically cross themes of love, hate, speed, isolation, loss and change and the confused state which we all live through. Entirely unlike the holy trinity Dimitry comprises of 3 parts; the Aidan, the Steve and the Dave.
