Default Could Ruud Leave?

There seem to be rumours going around about Van de Man leaving. the word is that he's grown distant from the players with all the time he was out injured and that things aren't looking too rosy. I think it's a situation that is on a knife edge at the moment. Is all this talk about needing to sell players to bring in money a build up to a big transfer? There's been a lot of speculation about who united could sell to bring in money and the likes of Kleberson and Bellion have been mentioned. But realistically they wouldn't bring in enough money to change the squad in any significant way.
I suppose United could be thinking that he's pushing 29 and now's the last chance to get a serious amount of cash for him. But if they did sell him they'd have to bring in a decent replacement. But who? Torres, Adriano? Or maybe go for someone like Tevez or Robinho who wouldnt cost as much and would leave money to spend on other players.

I think they should cash in on him. He's obviously unhappy. who knows though whether he's just slightly miffed or really pissed off. I think Utd would do well out of selling him. Isn't Robinho gone to Madrid?

no, that is what people thought, but robinho himself came out this week saying that he hasnt been in talks with anyone though there has been contact.
he said he isnt moving to Real and nothing has been arranged or looks like it will at the moment.

he also said his career is in the hands of God, and said he'd be more than happy to play in brazil all his career.
so looks like he's not so off limits as everyone, even I thought....

Reported we'd only get 12 million for him.

It'd be a disaster for United if Ruud left, an absolute disaster. It's just the Sun Printing idle speculation founded on rumours "a source said" me hole!. Ruud's injury proved how toothless we are upfront without him, If United hope to win the league next year then Van Nistlerooy must stay.

Besides the figures being bandied around are ludicrous, £12mill?? United couldn't hope to sign a forward of Ruud's quality for that money, so all this transfer talk is just thAT...........TALK

i rate ruud as a tap in queen but still i think utd should hang onto him. He hasnt shown the killer instinct as much probably due to injury but he'd want to perform next season or else he will be on his way out
