I think there may have been one years ago.
I think Aer Lingus might have had one for a short time a few years ago. It would suit me, but the nearest atm afaik is Berlin-Kerry, since Ryanair stopped Berlin-Shannon.

I liked Shannon airport itself but the drive to Limerick is a pain in the ass.

If Cork-Stewart was possible they would be doing it.
But it is possible.....The 737 MAX doesnt even need full fuel load to states with full pax or payload...its burning about 4-5 tonnes less than the 800.The cork runway only an issue at max take off weight in bad weather .ie xwind and wet..restricted its not, theres heavy aircraft use runway 16 in dublin no bother to USA/UAE..that runway is same as cork if not slightly shorter.
Yea i saw that doc, remember the rome flights etc arent running long, the winter months will skew the results...thats still impressive for cork.

It's once a week and seasonal I think. There are dates in March.

Once a week was a waste of time anyway. Germanwings to Berlin would be an interesting route to go after
