With BAM anything can happen though.

That’s not correct Stacky - you can only build one permission at a time. You cannot start on one and end on another

In this case they are having less office space and more bedrooms.I have seen a development recently where they are building off 6 permissions (1 parent and 5 further applications for alterations).

BAM are currently building 6 stories of student apartments on South Main St and have just lodged an application for a 7th floor.

It’s all complicated with BCAR - I wouldn’t be the one signing that kind of messing off!

That’s more to do with building regs and that’s fine, but any project entered on the BCAR system now has to have the details of the permission entered - how do you alter that to sign off on a letter permission, and how do you start a new one with the original permission not complete?
