Anyone who gets smashed and carries on like that in front of their colleagues is an idiot.

Is it acceptable to suspend/sack women or members of the LGBT community if they misbehave at a party? Or is the fear of a discrimination case a fear?

I worked on a job recently in an office in Little Island. Two-week thing. Knew one of the fellas there. He said they have two Christmas parties. One where they keep their ts crossed and their is dotted, and one where what he called normal people were invited.

It was basically one party that included woke people and one that didn't.

I found it a bit sad, really.

The whole coke thing is way out of control. I was in a pub lately, four of us at the table, a guy we knew came over and says, 'hey lads anybody got any stuff?'
The other three lads phoned three different dealers that they knew!!!
Where I'm living it's being run by Irish and Albanians.
