Default EP picnic basket

So lads, whats good foods to put in your picnic basket. You know stuff that wont got soggy, melt and just basically be totally edible after a few hours.

Right so help me out:

Bananas,
Muesli bars,
Muffins,
Water

Tinned fruit is always good, cold pasta/pizza i dunno how long they would last though! bread ham and cheese maybe?

I'm making a pile of fried rice tonight.
Also bringing breakfast cereal (the milk will get cold overnight), a few sangers, meusli bars, apples (bananas will inevitably get squashed). Water, Baby wipes.

Oh must bring some green tea. Love a mug of scald in the morning.
